Tailored frontend, tailored workflows
Every solution is its own application with its own interface, logic and database. Whatever changes regularly you maintain yourself in an editor; stable logic is built in.
Modular platform
Recurring capabilities such as identity, file management, search, AI processing, transcription and connectors live as modules in the Aidera Core. Your application uses them via the Aidera Platform SDK for Python and Next.js without rebuilding them.
Structured data model
Every transaction is captured as a structured record: traceable, analysable and available via APIs at any time. Your data belongs to you.
Proven building blocks such as 8D report handling exist as ready-made solutions and are adapted to you. New use cases are built on the same foundation. What proves itself in a project flows back into the Core in abstracted form; your data and your solution parts stay with you.
Integrations
Aidera works in the systems you already use.
Standard connectors for common systems, custom interfaces for anything with an API, and RPA for legacy systems without one. Security follows your IT's requirements.
Standard connectors
Microsoft 365 with Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP (ECC and S/4HANA via BAPI, SOAP, REST and OData), DATEV, DocuWare, Nextcloud and more. Set up with your IT following a fixed procedure.
Two-way synchronisation
The application reads from your systems and writes results back. Your systems can actively push master data to the application.
Secure API
REST interfaces with token authentication and TLS. Any query you need is made available to you, secured via API key, IP or VPN restriction, or multi-stage token procedures.
Legacy & on-premise
Systems without an interface are connected via RPA, including behind VPN or IP allowlisting. Existing infrastructure such as an existing blob storage can continue to be used.

Security starts in the architecture.
Every customer gets a dedicated, isolated instance with its own database. Access, interfaces and operations follow your IT's requirements and are ISO 27001 certified.

Tenant isolation
Dedicated compute instance and database per customer. Customer data and custom-built solution parts are never used for other customers.
Identity & access
Single sign-on via SAML or OIDC with your identity provider, user management via SCIM, roles and permissions down to process level. Only the attributes the application needs are transferred.
Encryption & credentials
Encrypted transfer via TLS. Credentials for your systems are stored securely, interfaces are secured according to your IT's requirements.
Logging & audit trail
Every action is logged and traceable. Monitoring and error analysis run through defined services listed in the sub-processor list.
AI under control
You choose the AI provider with us: Google or Microsoft Azure. Your data is not used to train models or for other customers. Results remain reviewable and your employees approve them.
Transparency & auditability
Sub-processor list and, on request, a list of all open-source components with licences. We complete IT assessments and security questionnaires before the project starts.
